Persons entitled to benefits under the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act (AsylbLG) initially receive so-called basic benefits according to §§ 3, 3a AsylbLG.
If persons entitled to benefits under the AsylbLG have been residing in the federal territory for 36 months without significant interruption and have not unlawfully influenced the duration of their stay themselves, they receive benefits equivalent to those received by recipients of social assistance under the German Social Code, Book Twelve (SGB XII). Children, adolescents, and young adults are also entitled to benefits for education and participation.
The type of benefit provision (benefits in kind, payment card, cash benefit, non-cash settlement, etc.) depends, among other things, on the type of accommodation. As far as legally permissible and possible, benefits in Bavaria are provided as benefits in kind. Otherwise, as a rule, via payment card.
Please indicate the gender as recorded in the civil status register or at the registry office.
Please select the nationality or nationalities of the person. The option 'no indication' is also available if the person does not have a nationality.
The Save temporarily function will always take you to the end of the application here and on the following pages. There, at the end of the page, you confirm your consent to the storage of your data once and then receive an email allowing you to access the form again.
